She has been instrumental in developing numerous marketing plans which have made a tremendous economic impact over the last 20 plus years on the Rockport-Fulton area, increasing tourism impact from $26 million to $110 million.
Diane Probst is a small town girl with a drive to succeed and a generous spirit, which is just two of the characteristics that has led to her accomplishments, including growing the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce to the largest Chamber of Commerce in the North Bay area.

Diane is a graduate of Texas A&M University – College Station with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Marketing. She has served on more than 20 Boards in leadership positions, assisting organizations with her endless enthusiasm and ever present positive attitude. She proudly served in 2008 as the Chairman of the Board of the Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives (TCCE). She is a proud recipient of TCCE’s 2012 Marvin Hurley Award, that organization’s highest award. She recently received the Art Robert’s Distinguished Service Award for her work on that organization’s Board of Directors. She is a new member of the faculty of the US Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management. She is also a 1996 graduate of the Institute for Organization Management and its advanced management program of the US Chamber of Commerce.
She resides in Rockport, Texas with her husband – Mike Probst. They have two married daughters, Alyssa Wilson (Doug) and Ashlee Lynch (Cody). They have six grandchildren – Ben, Connor, Campbell, Archie, Paige, and Ryleigh.
